All this in the CBD,heart of Melbourne.Our place is just opposite of Southern Cross Station,Sky Bus,Coles,DFO Spencer.Being in the free tram zone, you are 5 mins to Bourke St - H&M/Shopping Arcades,7 mins to Flinders StComfortable, clean, secure budget accommodation in a fantastic location and fast Internet. The space has been divided into 3 separate listings.and you are looking at one bedroom of the three. THis is a private room with queen bed (made up with cotton sheets, pillow cases and duvet, extra blankets available), cotton towel, closet with shelves, hanging space and hangers, writing desk and seat. Carpet, real window that opens with security lock, roller blind. You may share the bathroom and toilet with guests in the other room if it is also booked at the same time.The unit is located at 32nd floor. The night view is breathtaking! Look down the city, it's like thousands of stars sparkling the entire town. Swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna room are all located on level 2, open from 6am to 10pm. You will be able to access the facilities with your fob. This room is divided by a plastic block wall and a folding door, thus sound proof level is not high. There are also other feature we think you will loveYou will have your own card and key to access in the building 24/7. This will give you full access to the lobby, elevator, apartment as well as the recreational facilities such as gym, heated pool, spa, sauna & steam room on level 2. You will have your own private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a work-space desk ( inside closet which is available to be moved out if necessary) and closet to store your clothing and belongings.
