Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and only 12 miles from the airport! It is also next door to the Orange County Convention Center. The Space The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60” smart TV and large dining area. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped with granite work tops plus everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area.The den offers a sofa bed and a full size desk with ink jet printer (you will need to supply ink/paper if empty).Beyond the living area is a furnished patio ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine.
