The base rent quoted here is good for up to 6 pax only and is just for the accommodation - food, drink, activities and Beach Club access are not included. The condo will sleep up to 16 pax at an additional cost of 1250/head/night, but please make sure you enter the correct amount of guests into Agoda for your reservation. If you show up with more guests than your booking, then an additional condo rental fee of 1250/head/night will be payable in cash upon check-in. If you show up with additional pax who will be for a day visit only there is a fee of 1200/head/day payable upon arrival in cash and if they enter the club they will need to also pay the club entrance fee. The Anvaya Cove Beach Club entrance fees are from PHP1,000 per head/day paid directly to The Club during your stay with us. Please note this is not consumable and club entrance on your day of departure is not permitted. We require a PHP10,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT in cash upon check-in. This will be refunded to you at check out after unit inspection and confirmation that all club bills are paid. We have 10 x condos for daily rental at Anvaya Cove. If your chosen dates are not available for this unit, please send us a message as we may have another unit available for you to rent. At 161 sq. m, this condo is one of the few 3 bedroom units available for rent at Anvaya Cove. With 3 bedrooms, and a living space equipped with sofa beds the condo can comfortably sleep up to 16 pax. We supply bed linens and a pillow for each booked person. We do not supply blankets or comforters as most of our guests do not require these given the tropical climate. Please note that the 3rd bedroom is smaller and is equipped with a bunk bed. We allow you to cook in the well-equipped kitchen which comes with: - 4 ring electric hob - Fridge / Freezer - Microwave - Rice Cooker - Kettle - Utensils - Chinaware - Silverware - Wine and other glasses High Definition LED Flat Screen TV with Netflix subscription and WiFi.
