This is comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom studio close to the Old town. Place is surrounded with Old stone villas with beautiful gardens and views to see, Lokrum, Old town.. Our unit is completely airconditioned and covered with wifi nettwork.The spaceThis renovated apartment in small noble villa at the location called Historical Dubrovnik gardens.. Because in the history Dubrovnik nobles had summer houses here and their servants used this gardens to grow fruits and vegetables. It is really peaceful and quite area but still so close to the Old town..In fact you just go down the stairs and you are in the Old town in 7 minutes..offcourse it takes a bit longer to come back :)..Object is situated in the city center, address Vicina 11. To reach apartment stairs are included, like everywhere in Dubrovnik so this is a place for people in good to medium physical shape..Apartment consist of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathroom, living room. While renovating we try to think of every details so inside you have almost everything you might need..iron, hairdryer, all kitchen utilities, cable tv, microvave, each room haves tv, internet, coffee maker etc.. It can accommodate 3 persons..Breakfast is not included in the price but it is optional and affordable(8 euro/person)..Apartment is decorated with lot of attention to the details and the best of all is beautiful stone balcony where you can spend hot summer nights drinking vine and talking with your companions.Guest accessOur guest can use all facilites in the garden and in the apartment.
