You will get a 10% discount for therapeutic massage sessions available at the adjacent medical massage studio in the same building. The owner lives in the same apartment complex and is happy to provide information. Additional garage parking is available for an extra fee. Outdoor and indoor tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool is located within the apartment complex. An indoor pool and sauna and a thermal bath can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
