Spacious and bright apartment, with very clear views. Ideal for groups and families. Beds for 6 adults +1 cradle.Fully equipped, washing machine, dryer, appliances etc. . It is in semi-pedestrian street, with bars, terraces and pintxos. QUIET. Good location, all touristic attractions between 10' and 20' by foot.PARKING SURVEILED 24H for the guest at reduced cost, also large vehicle, easy access to motorway all directions .AccommodationThe apartment is rented ENTIRE, it is not shared housing during the stay neither with the host nor with other guests. The house is refurbished also preserving some antique furniture and hand carved. It is a comfortable, silent and cozy space for you to feel at home.The beds are distributed in 3 double bedrooms, there are no extra beds in common areas (sofa bed etc.).There are 3 fans in the apartment, 1 for each bedroom.Services and common areasThe whole house is rented (approx.100m). 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, + 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with: induction hob, kettle, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine + dryer + iron, dishwasher, pressure cooker, 1 bathroom (hair dryer, gel, shampoo).Parking supervised 24 h at super reduced cost for the guest. If you are travelling with a vehicle, please indicate this when making your reservation. The car park is very close to the apartment, in the bullring of Vista Alegre, with easy access and exit to the motorway all directions.In the house you will find tourist guides and suggestions. The arrival and departure times are flexible, sometimes we have to apply the departure time if other travelers arrive the same day.
