Newly built apartment (in a duplex) at the ocean with AirCon, refrigerator and TV. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving.October 2018: Upgraded to include a kitchenette with essentials for preparing food!We live on site and are happy to accommodate your wishes. My wife is from Bohol and I am a German who has been living in Panglao since 2007. Two separate internet providers to ensure high availability of internet. But interruptions can occur.You can share the gazebo at the cliff side of our property to enjoy a nice sun down or have some barbecue.Only one direct neighbour, who is usually abroad. On week ends the local neighbours like to come and spend some time in the ocean. You will enjoy laughter and can engage with the friendly locals. You may also get the freshest fish possible when the fishermen come back and leave their boat just beside our property.We can assist you in renting either motorbikes or scooters (automatic or semi-automatic). We can help you to find a van or car for any other trips you like to make. Upon request, you can join us when we go shopping in Tagbilaran.
